    Our products are manufactured at our facilities in West London, UK. For further information about our company, please visit the 'About Us' section  by clicking here.

  2. How do I open an account with E2S?                                                back to top ↑
    You can call us on +44 (0) 208 74800 or email us on sales@e2s.com with your account opening request and we will email you an account application form for completion. After you have returned the form to us we will carry out the necessary company and credit checks and keep you informed of the progress thoughout.

  1. Where can I find details of the certifications and approvals for E2S products?   Each product page contains the details of certifications and approvals for E2S products. Approval logos are shown under each product image and the approval and certificate numbers are listed on the left hand side column under heading 'Approvals'. Additionally, copies of the certificates can be downloaded from the left hand side column under heading 'Product Data'.

  3. Why are manual call points available in various housing colours?   back to top ↑
    The standard colour is red but other colours are made available to suit different applications. According to NFPA 72 Section 9.1. Notes 1 & 2 different colour housings may also be required because of the background colour.

Installation

  1. Where can I find installation manuals for E2S products?                back to top ↑
    Installation manuals are available on each product page on the left hand column under heading 'Product Data'. 

  2. What are the S2 and S3 connections used for?                             back to top ↑
    The S2 and S3 connections are used for Stage 2 and Stage 3 tones if these are required for the application. For further information regarding installation, please refer to the installation manual of the product which is provided with each product and can be downloaded from each of the product pages under heading 'Product Data.

  4. What is required to prevent a sounder continually operating at stage 1?    
    Switch off the power supply or insert a switch in the wiring circuit. For further information regarding installation, please refer to the installation manual of the product which is provided with each product and can be downloaded from each of the product pages under heading 'Product Data.

    Should you wish to return any goods, please contact us in the first instance for assistance. If the product(s) need to be returned we will issue a returns order number which should be marked on the returns package and any accompanying paperwork.
