New & Upgraded Xenon & LED Beacons – GNExB2 & STExB2


E2S Warning Signals are pleased to announce new products and significant upgrades to the GNExB2 and STExB2 explosion proof Xenon strobe and LED beacon ranges.

NEW PRODUCTS: For applications requiring an effective Xenon strobe beacon with low current consumption E2S have now launched the GNExB2X05 and STExB2X05 5 Joule (5Ws) Xenon strobe beacons. SIL1 compliant as standard and also available as SIL2 compliant with the unique E2S monitoring module. IECEx, ATEX, UL and cUL approved for Zone 1, 21, Class I Zone 1 and Class I Div 2 environments. Ideal for all fire, gas and general signalling applications in hazardous locations.

UPGRADES: All GNExB2 and STExB2 Xenon strobe beacons have been upgraded and now feature new electronics and additional approvals:

  • GNExB2X10 10 Joule Xenon, GNExB2X15 15 Joule Xenon, STExB2X10 10 Joule Xenon and STExB2X15 15 Joule Xenon beacons are now also approved UL and cUL approved for Class I Zone 1 and Class I Div 2 environments, 24Vdc versions are available as SIL2 compliant.
  • GNExB2X21 21 Joule Xenon and STExB2X21 21 Joule Xenon beacons now feature an increased and industry leading light output of 1,115.57 Candela.
  • GNExB2LD2 and STExB2LD2 multi-function LED beacons are now also approved Ul and cUL approved for Class I Zone 1 and Class I Div 2 environments.
  • All products now feature A4 316 Stainless Steel lens guards as standard.

Both GNEx and STEx product ranges include Xenon and LED beacons, PA loudspeakers, Ex d junction boxes plus SIL2 compliant call points and push buttons providing robust solutions for life safety notification in the harshest of environments.
The GNEx range employs an enclosure manufactured from corrosion free GRP (glass reinforced polyester) and is approved to IECEx, ATEX, Ex EAC and INMETRO for all Zone 1 applications.
The STEx range features a 316L stainless steel enclosure and is IECEx, ATEX, Ex EAC, INMETRO and DNV approved for Zone 1, 2, 21 & 22 explosion proof signalling applications.
